At a time when testing children and potentially exposing their
limitations is frowned upon, it is interesting to watch how young rugby
players embrace the challenge of a game in which: the ball will not
behave itself, you have to run forward and throw the ball backwards, if
someone else is not supporting you the game will stop and rolling
around in mud and shouting appear compulsory.

Tennis As Andy Murray is ranked World No. 3, he also becomes the highest ranked British tennis player ever, beating Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski, who both managed to reach No. 4. Andy has achieved this by working very hard at his game; by practising tennis every day and working out with a trainer at the gym.

Masters Academy is a full time martial arts school in Loughton which
teaches a wide range of martial arts to people from five to fifty-five
