110g Mature Cheddar cheese 110g Red 1 bunch of spring onions 1 tablespoons of chopped chives Freshly ground pepper. Grate cheese, place in a bowl. Wash and finely chop spring onions and chives. Add to cheese, then season to taste. Tip The Cheddar cheese can be substituted with cottage cheese if you are calorie counting. |
