| Soothing Oat Face Mask |

A great way to revitalise tired summer skin is to use a soothing face mask. Easy to prepare and a real treat for your skin.
You will need: Gauze Roll (Available from Chemists) Cut into 2x10” squares. 1 Cup of Oats Hot Water (not boiling) Mix the oats and water to make a thick porridge and spread in between the two layers of gauze to make a poultice. Try to leave a space in the centre for your nostrils so you can breathe! Place over the face while it is still warm, lie back for 15 minutes and enjoy. Once the poultice has been removed you should be left with a slight residue on the skin, this can be massaged in for two to three minutes before being rinsed off.
